If you receive a defective product, please email us at contactgenf@gmail.com with a proper unboxing video of the package. No return or exchange requests will be entertained otherwise.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY
No orders will be refunded or replaced in cases of fraud unless the customer provides an unboxing video.
Order Processing: Please allow 24 hours for order processing, pending product availability and payment verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process. Gen F does not ship on weekends or major holidays. All orders ship from Noida, India. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam email folder.
Due to high demand, items may become unavailable even after an order has been placed. In this case, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or by check mailed to the address listed for the order for the amount initially paid. For refunds issued to the original payment method, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. All orders are reviewed by our security team and can be cancelled by Gen F at any time. Once your order has been processed by our fulfilment team, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information enclosed. Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and markdown periods.
Shipping Methods: For orders within India, Gen F offers complimentary 3-5 day standard shipping. Delivery will be in approximately 4-5 days. All the details will be provided to you after the order confirmation.
International Shipping: Gen F offers worldwide shipping. Delivery duties and fees are dependent on the shipping location. Reach out to contactgenf@gmail.com with any questions about international shipping abilities. All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express, UPS, or Couriervia. Shipping times are not guaranteed and do not account for the 24-hour order processing window.
