APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By agreeing to use the Gen F portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of product(s) on the portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this policy, you are advised not to transact on genf.in.
If you receive a defective product, please email us at contactgenf@gmail.com with a proper unboxing video of the package. No return or exchange requests will be entertained otherwise.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

- Exchange Only: No return/refund policy; only size exchanges are allowed.
- Size Exchange Window: 2 days from delivery.
- Second Exchanges: Not Allowed
- For defective/damaged items, replacements are provided after verification.
- Exchange fee: ₹99 (for size exchanges).

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT POLICY
- If the product you receive is defective, you must provide a proper unboxing video as proof.
- The issue must be reported to us via email at contactgenf@gmail.com.
- Once your query is accepted by our team, a WhatsApp message will be sent to your registered mobile number.
COMPLAINT PROCESS
- Complaints regarding defective products must be submitted within 2 days of product delivery.
- Once the defective product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check.
- Upon approval, your query will proceed further.
- The estimated processing time is 7-10 working days.

Returns are only possible if the product is defective. Exchanges are only possible incase of the size issue of the product Requests for returns or exchanges for reasons apart from mentioned above will notbe entertained. - MISCONDUCT OR HARASSMENT
